Embracing openness…

“The EODF Conference is one of the few events I have been a part of where the overall setting is one of generosity, openness and kindness. No big egos flaunting on stage and around the room and everyone is willing to contribute to each other’s experience.”

– Ramona, EODF Member & Conference Participant

“As a practitioner of organisation design, the EODF conference has become a yearly treat for us as a team. Few communities offer the same level of insight, shared enthusiasm and opportunities for making strong connections in our field of work.”

– Benny, REGULAR Conference Participant

Reconnect

With long time friends and peers as we bring the community together in the same space for the first time in three years. Rekindle those conversations that are even more special when they are spontaneous and free to roam EODF’s much respected open space.

Make new connections

Exploit the free time during the day and evening to bump into new people and start a conversation. There’s much to share and learn from the wisdom in the crowd and there is plenty of opportunity to get into practical debate about designing in today’s world.

Explore the art of the possible

EODF conferences are made through dialogue. The content is rich, but the people are what makes the experience so worthwhile. We will have just the right balance of structured content to stimulate dialogue and then trust the energy, curiosity and wisdom of the crowd to challenge and explore the art of the possible in practical stories from doing organisation design.
