Our journey starts here…

EODF celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2020.

This year we bring together our global community with the shared ambition to design sustainable organisations for the future.

We started with a BANG at our annual conference on 21-22 October. With stimulating provocations from Marina Gorbis, Sola Osinoiki and more, we began our journey to ‘surf the waves of disruption’.

But it’s only just begun. Continue your design experience and join our 12 month journey of ‘adaptation and emergence’…

How the journey unfolds…

We will explore the global crisis of Covid-19, how it’s disrupted our environment, our organisation’s and ourselves.

We started with a two day conference in October 2020. From here, we pick up pace connecting with a series of highly interactive ‘touchpoints’. We will be guided and inspired by industry-leading provocateurs, case studies and wisdom from our community.

Our journey celebrates the magical conferences’ of the past and looks to the future as we adapt and evolve in different times.

Immerse yourself…

From the moment you join, you will enter highly interactive and immersive virtual sessions, powered by our ‘Network App’.

You’ll hear from provocateurs who will spark new thinking, engage in breakout spaces. You’ll connect, share and learn how others are responding to today’s challenges in the world of Organisation Design.

In true EODF style, there’s opportunity for informal networking; chat, connect, reminisce and plan your future collaborations.

Disruptive environments and operating contexts call for disruptive thinking. We have all experienced real and unpredictable shocks in recent months, and we invite our provocateurs to help us navigate both the present and future with their disruptive thinking. We will emerge with different ideas and examples on how to adapt, build resilience, and develop more sustainable organisations.

Breakouts & reflective space

Throughout the journey we will make space to breakout into smaller groups to carry the conversation on. We’ll also have reflective space in between sessions to share stories and learn from each other on how we’re adapting to disruption and designing for a more resilient and sustainable organisation.

Connect and grow your network

EODF exists for connection and networking. The content of our events is always rich, but the people are what makes the experience so worthwhile. Even though we’re going virtual this year, we will make time to connect and chat informally so you can continue to grow your network. Check out the ‘NetworkApp’ below and get connected to old and new friends.
