Global conversations.

Your monthly dose of insight

Debate and learn in a global conversation

EODF and ODF host a monthly conversation on Zoom to discuss the most interesting articles and case studies from across the globe.

What is it

A monthly 60-minute debate on the most interesting articles and case studies our curatorial board have curated and sent to members in the curated content newsletter.

How does it work

We send you the curated content and you read / listen before the call. We ask you to think about themes, your likes & dislikes and then share with the community. It’s hosted on Zoom and spaces fill up quick, so make sure you sign up each month when you receive the curated content newsletter!

Why is it valuable

We curate the most interesting thinking of the month from across the globe and put it in your palm. You then get the opportunity to debate with like-minded community members; sharing, learning and growing together. A great way to engage in regular continual professional development.

Watch it on ‘catch up’

Don’t worry if you can’t make it every month, we record each one. Think of it as EODF catch up TV.

What our members say

EODF is a source of inspiration and connection with fellow organisation design professionals. I enjoy the monthly newsletter with curated organisation design resources, following the monthly chats.”

Bülent, Romania

“The conversations are time well spent.  More than just another Zoom call, these conversations are a valuable opportunity to connect with other international Org Design professionals, invest in my own continuing professional development and (sometimes) critically evaluate the latest thinking.”

Hilary, UK

“These calls spark new ways of thinking about organisation design, while also challenging my old beliefs. I leave every call with an expanded mind.”
