The Organisation Design Institute is a charity registered in the UK, and the EODF is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom. The ODI and EODF are working to influence leaders and organisations across Europe, and to create an environment that inspires and nurtures the capability of our community.

The governing body of the Organisation Design Institute is the Board of Trustees, the EODF is the subsidiary “trading arm” of the ODI.

Anissa is an enthusiastic OrgDesign Consultant at On The Mark. Having been previously based in the Netherlands, she served as a country lead for the Benelux until the end of 2020. Outside of everything org design, Anissa enjoys writing blogs and making podcasts on topics that matter.

ODI Treasurer

Alex has worked for Procter and Gamble, Gillette, Coty and Ontex and has lived and worked in 7 different countries.  He is currently Managing Partner at Synfiny Advisors Europe and brings with him 30+ years of international senior finance experience in the FMCG sector.

Chris is an experienced OrgDesign Practitioner, with 12 years experience working in internal roles and now as a consultant at On The Mark. He has led design projects in retail & manufacturing, and now specialises in the public sector. 

Delia Matrecano

Delia is driven by the continuous capability and knowledge development of people and believes whole-heartedly in the power of building great teams to secure organisational health and adaptability.  She is an established organisational effectiveness partner with extensive experience of operating model designs and re-designs.

Shan is an experienced Certified OrgDesign Professional with 20+ years in Strategy Development, Organisation Design and Business Change. He has been a member of EODF Faculty and Practitioner Growth team for more than 2 years. Shan is passionate about building and sharing knowledge with the community.

Trustee

Local optimisation leads to global sub-optimization. With this belief Hannes designs and implements together with his clients holistic solutions to create better organisations. Prior to running his own HR and Organization Design consultancy, Hannes held various senior HR roles in different multinational companies.

Jen Lewis-Strevens

Jen Lewis-Strevens

Trustee

Jen is an experienced OD lead – she currently heads up Organisation & Strategic Workforce Design at NatWest Group, covering the banks’ operating model, job, team and structural design, job architecture and catalogue, skills strategy and framework and Strategic Workforce Planning. Jen has a background in Occupational and Applied Psychology and has over 20 years of experience in HR.

Kirsten is Chief Impact & Culture Officer at PTHR and a certified B Corporation organisation. 

With a background in business development and strategy, within the energy sector, FMCG and creative consultancies, Kirsten’s varied experience has led her to the world of organisation design. Kirsten’s specialisms and interests lie in: ESG, sustainable, purpose led business; Agile and autonomous ways of working; and self-managed and remote-based teams

It’s Tilman’s passion to lead teams in designing better organisations and brand experiences. Having built effective supply chains and appealing customer experiences, he learned how crucial it is to look at the wider enterprise architecture and organisational design to drive long-lasting transformations. He believes that most inspiring and innovative work gets done by staying curious, being pragmatic and working with people across different disciplines and backgrounds.

Elena is a proud mother of a little girl called Alba and has been involved in the EODF community for over 3 years. With her keen attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, Elena played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the conference in 2022 in her role as Conference Dean.

ODI Board Administrator

Valentina is the ODI Administrator with a key role in our organisation’s infrastructure. Valentina’s prior project management experience and UK studies become even more valuable as they keep everything running smoothly bringing us all together at the same time.

EODF Board

The ODI’s ”trading arm” is the EODF. The EODF Board is composed of the Chair, Co-Chair and Treasurer of the ODI Board of Trustees as ex-officio members, filling the same roles for the EODF Board. The remaining EODF Board consists of members with close links to our diverse community to increase our community voice.

Jeroen is the former chair of EODF and ODI. He is a managing consultant at the Organisation Design group of Berenschot, a management consulting firm based in The Netherlands.

Judith is a Technology Evangelist, Business Psychologist and Organisation Development Consultant with experience working in Africa, Asia and Europe.

Alastair Mitchell-Baker

Alastair Mitchell-Baker

Alastair is a co-founder, previous Treasurer and co-chair of EODF. He is an experienced organisational leader and consultant, and Coordinating Director at Tricordant.

Curatorial Board

The Curatorial Board aims to provide the most relevant content to our members and is composed of six thought leaders in the field of organisational design. We make that content available in our members area by means of the knowledge base as well as a periodical newsletter.

Kathy is an organisation design practitioner, coach and cross-cultural consultant. An anthropologist working in global businesses, she is committed to helping businesses and non-profits thrive and sustain themselves in the global economy, through the alignment of culture, leadership, and structure with business strategy.

Paul is an internationally renowned pioneer in Whole-Scale Change Management and co-founder and former chair of the European Organisational Design Forum. He has been consulting to major companies around the world for the past thirty years.

Dr Nicolay Worren

Dr Nicolay Worren

Nicolay is an associate professor in organisation & leadership at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. He has consulted with several large and leading companies, and has led or participated in more than 25 organisation re-design projects. He is the author of Organisation Design: Re-defining complex systems (2012).

Dr Georges Romme

Georges is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. He has over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sector and has a strong interest in entrepreneurship, organisation design, innovation management, design science, system dynamics, and professional development.

Jeroen is the former chair of EODF and ODI. He is a managing consultant at the Organisation Design group of Berenschot, a management consulting firm based in The Netherlands. Besides his work as a consultant, he is also a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam Business School.

Country Leads

The Country Leads aim to connect practitioners and business leaders with the most valuable learning resources in the OD field by raising awareness of the OD discipline, organising workshops, webinars and community events in their region.

Country Lead for South England

Nick is a Director and Organisation Design Lead for Tricordant, and has helped lead the European Organisation Design Forum since its formation in 2011, including as Chair. With a passion to design meaningful work to form healthy, high performing organisations, Nick has been leading the UK community since January 2011.

Country Lead for Scotland

Alison is experienced at shaping and delivering change at pace while encouraging creativity and different approaches to change. She is a holistic strategic thinker with an OD mindset and has the ability to translate thinking to delivery. Alison joined the EODF in 2015 and became Country Lead for Scotland in 2021.

Peter is a change management professional specialising in Organisation Design and Development. He is the North-East of England Lead for the European Organisation Forum (EODF) and also Organisation Development Network Europe (ODNE) Community Builder Lead for the North West of England. Country group exists since March 2021.

Ann is the Director of Allagi Organisation Development and has been working in Organisation Design for 20 years. As Country Lead for Ireland Ann aims to develop awareness and understanding of org design, and elevate the standing of the discipline. The Country group was formed in 2020.

Country Lead for Spain

Isabela is moved by boundless curiosity and thirst to learn, especially when it comes to people and how they work. She’s been growing alongside the Cocoon Pro team, and a Country Lead for the EODF Spanish community since 2021. 

She strives for ways of working that create conditions for people to move in the world with confidence in their most authentic self, free and simple being.

Elvira is an experienced Internal and External Organisation Design Consultant as well as an Organisation and Community Development Practitioner. Elvira has been around as an active player in the EODF/ODI Community since the beginnings, currently Country Lead for Hungary since 2015.

Malou works for a consultancy firm in the Netherlands and has a background in Strategic HR. In her role as Country Lead for Netherlands she engages the community  by organising local and regular events and generally keeping everyone in the Netherlands informed on the latest local Organisation Design trends. This country group exists since March 2015.

Country Lead for Italy

Claudia brings organisations and professionals onto their evolution path, helping them to recognize the strengths that make them unique and thus develop new growth opportunities. Seeing people blossom is one of her greatest sources of energy so since 2014 she has been developing the CORE² Method. In 2011 Claudia co-founded Cocoon Pro, the first fully emerging organization in Europe, helping to test and validate the LiquidO™ organisational framework for adaptive governance.

Country Lead for Slovenia

Nina is a true ambassador of Organisation Design discipline and strives for strengthening it also in Slovenia.  In her role of Country lead for Slovenia she hopes to grow Slovenian community as much as possible. Why? Because Organisation Design is the most needed discipline for organisational success, as she believes. Country group was formed in August 2020.

Barbara is passionate about organisations – Design and Development – and how they work best. She is a systemic organisational consultant with many years of experience in different industry and is a lecturer at the university for strategy and entrepreneurship.

Thomas worked more than 25 years for Procter & Gamble in various leadership roles and disciplines, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Planning/Project Management, prior to becoming an Organisation Design Consultant. He served for five years as Trustee on the EODF board.
