How successfully are organizations being designed in Slovenia? Who is leading design and what is the level of expertise in designing organisations? What is the potential and means needed to achieve more balanced and high-performing organisations with happy soul?
At the event we will present results of the first pulse survey about organisation design awareness and quality in Slovenia. Together we will create an arena for open debate, share experience and collectively discover ways for progress on the level of individual, teams, units, organisations and sectors.
