Racial inclusion for the community and practice of Org Design (1/3)
4 November 2020 @ 4:00 pm - 5:15 pm CET

This is a partner event, a series of three conversations hosted and facilitated with our friends at the Organisation Design Forum (ODF).
After their active engagement in our initial conversation Racial Diversity in the Field of Organisation Design on September 16th, this next series of discussions are being designed and facilitated by ODF community members, Julia Flower and Bernard Mohr
Unlike ODF’s other virtual connections, Pop-Up Conversations are an experiment we are running – an effort to build community by sharing ideas in a casual group conversation, with a little structure and gently facilitated to encourage contributions by all participants.
These sessions will be participative and use a strengths-based, systemic design approach. It is highly desirable that participants attend all three sessions, since each session will build on the previous session.
Session #1 – November 4th
What do we want to create and where do we want to get to?
- …for our ODF community of practice
- …for our work with clients
Session #2 – November 11th
- How might we increase racial diversity within the ODF community of practitioners?
Session #3 – November 18th
- How might we incorporate racial diversity into strategic discussions with our organisation design clients?
