The EODF Board, with help from a team of volunteers, applied the participative redesign approach that it teaches through their popular Masterclasses to its own operating model. You are invited to join us on October 6th in Bilbao at “AS Fabrik” 15:00 to 19:00 CET to learn more about EODF’s own redesign process.

We will use a participative gallery walk to take you through every stage of the design process, sharing with you how we did it, showing you the tools and techniques that we used, and the outputs we delivered at each stage of the process.
This is a unique opportunity to walk through an end-to-end case study and hear the inside story.
The participative gallery walk will be led by the people who facilitated the process alongside people who did the work. Come along to hear what went well, the key challenges and dilemmas, what they would do differently next time, and ask them anything you like.

At the Conference we will be launching the Stuart Wigham Scholarship. Stuart was an active member of EODF from the early days of its establishment, he was instrumental in setting-up the Masterclass proposition; contributed to the Masterclass content creation; and helped to deliver them. Stuart sadly passed away at the end of 2019. In remembrance of his contribution to EODF and ODF community, the EODF have created a scholarship in his name.
