Come and join our summer UK Community event. During this event we will be exploring 2 insightful topics to stimulate your thinking before you head off for summer holidays. Joining from outside the UK? No problem, we’re virtual after all!
Session #1: Personality Type and Organisation Design
How does your ‘personality’ contribute to, or impede, organisational success? In this session, Nicholas Toko will explore the dynamics between the individual psyche and the workplace from an org design practitioner’s perspective. Check out his blog if you’re up for a pre-read 12 Faces of an Organisation Design Practitioner. Nicholas is the EODF’s Activist in Residence.
Session #2: Embracing Liminality in the workplace
Bonnie will be exploring all elements of liminality from physical to emotional and how the way we approach the uncomfortable can open up creativity and innovation. Bonnie will delve into neuroscience to help understand some of the human barriers that we unconsciously put up and some tactics to support our resilience as we venture across the threshold into a new modus operandi. This session will be interactive and real human stories will be the red thread that gently holds the session together. Bonnie is the Chief Executive at Remarkable, a leading organisational and leadership development business who have been successfully supporting and improving organisations of all types, sizes and sectors since the early ‘90s.
