The first kick-off meeting of the EODF community in Slovenia is almost here. As a part of EODF (European Organisation Design Forum) this community will tackle all sorts of questions (and answers too) about the art and science of creating quality organisations for their long-term success.

We will share and discuss three main topics:

• essence of organisation design – what and why?
• purpose and mode of operation of the community in Slovenia
• conversation with our guest, Thomas Doering, EODF Co-Chair, and Nina Langerholc Čebokli, EODF Country lead, about EODF – what it is, who is it for and what it stands for?
