EODF Ireland Country Meet-Up (Online Event)
April 16 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm CEST
As the days grow brighter and longer we are really pleased to host our Spring country meet-up on 16th April.
It seems the focus on the changing workplace is everywhere. A recent Gartner report on future trends suggests that organisational design will move from efficiency to resilience and flexibility. This month’s Harvard Business Review also features an article positing the new workplace as a ‘culture space’ versus a workplace. There is no doubt that the workplace to which we return post-pandemic will be very much changed from the one we left.
At this event we want to chat about designing for hybrid working models – the role of OD in the evolving Covid workplace. We will explore the impact of emerging ways of working on the design process for both formal and informal elements of the operating model.
As always the tone of this event will be open, informal and equal. We will talk as a full group and also participate in small-group discussions about some of the design implications for our own or our client organisations.
Whether you are an org design practitioner, organisation leader, educator, academic or just interested in the discipline we’d love to see you at the event. All you need to bring is your experience, knowledge and a curious attitude. You can participate actively in the discussion or simply listen; either way we’d love you to join us and be part of building a great organisation design community in Ireland!
