EODF Conference returns face-to-face!

We are thrilled to announce the EODF Conference this year will take place in Bilbao, Spain on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th October. Several venues will be used for the Conference, which are all located at Ribera de Zorrozaurre in Bilbao.

This will be our first in-person Conference since 2019 and can’t wait to get back together face-to-face!

The conference will give you a community to explore, hands on learning and practical knowledge to take with you. This year is all about working together through common challenges, pushing the boundaries of our thinking and getting hands on.

The Conference team is busy building on what you shared with us to design the best conference experience for you. The upcoming weeks we will share more about the content and format of the Conference, so stay tuned for more! All you need is a curious mind, and as we are aiming for a cozy and intimate atmosphere we will offer a limited amount of tickets.

Admission and Cancellation Policy

EODF reserves the right to deny registration because of space / capacity considerations or any other reason that may put the health and welfare of participants at risk.

1. In case a registrant tests positive for Covid-19 on the day of the conference they have the right to a full refund
2. When a registrant is unable to attend the Conference, they have the right to transfer their ticket to someone else. In this case, please notify the Conference team by emailing to info@eodf.eu
3. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another individual, then the following refund arrangements apply:
   • Cancellations more than 30 days before the event 50% of registration fees
   • Cancellations less than 30 days before the event 0% refund

Although unlikely, EODF reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event, in whole or part. Please be advised that EODF is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel, or hotel charges that may be incurred due to sold out, cancelled, or rescheduled events.
