You are invited to join our free to attend UK Community event now on 23rd November, from 4pm-6pm. This event will be led by John Deverill, a Healthcare Technology and Commercial Leader who will present a wicked issue for participants to discuss and consider.
Until recently John was a General Manager within a leading Global Medtech and Diagnostics Innovator which has the largest installed base of medical equipment across the world. The business is a matrix organisation with 5 business lines across 7 commercial regions. The significant salesforce is organised across the 5 business lines and loosely within the commercial regions. The market is rapidly changing with continuously increasing demand on healthcare leading to hospitals and healthcare systems across the world recognising the need for fundamental change. To enable this fundamental change long term customer partnerships are being developed with Medtech companies which mean competitors will be excluded for up to 10years. To succeed the business needs to win these partnerships before competitors do. The business has experimented with multiple models to build strategic relationships with customers in order to win these long term partnerships. John will present the wicked issue of how to organise the sales workforce to secure these partnerships and will ask participants to discuss and share how they would manage or resolve the issue.
